Where You Live or Work
A few health departments don't accept a fully online CPO class, so we check before you pay. If you're booking for a team, answer for everyone on the order.
✓ Good news, the virtual class is accepted where you are.
Billing & Purchaser
Tick this if you are taking the course yourself, and we'll add you as Student 1 below. Leave it unticked if you are only purchasing on behalf of your team.
